Microporous Membrane Technology is almost impossible to be imitated as it is a controlled facility. The Microporous Membrane are produced with heavy ion accelerator, a National controlled facility. The membrane has extremely high density pores around 600k/cm2, with diameter 3-4µm which is unable to identify by naked eyes. The characteristics of microporous are permeability of light, water & air. The side of the pores can be adjusted according to selected substance and allow it to pass through accordingly.
Technical description- 1. Partial microporous membrane
• The pore density of microporous member material is 600k/cm² and diameter of each pore is approximately 4-5µm, to form a very good permeability for water and air.
• Examine Method :
• A, Moisturizing Test： The logo of the below illustration under microporous membrane is white with blue color background. When the logo is moisturized with water, the logo disappeared. When water dried, the logo will reappeared and this function can be repeatedly tested.
• B, Permeability test with ink： Apply water based ink on the membrane， Anti-counterfeit pattern/logo
will become visible.
• C, Continues to identification by tearing off the microporous membrane： The Microporous membrane is torn, and the imprint
remains on the second layer.
